Telesales Executive Dubai Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through high-volume outbound calls, booking meetings for property consultants, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real estate consultants Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive client experience Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred) Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills High confidence in cold calling and working toward targets Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage); Arabic preferred Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems (Bitrix a plus) Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive basic salary Attractive commission structure Professional training and clear performance KPIs Career growth opportunities within a reputable and expanding real estate brokerage
