Job Description

Brighton Collectibles is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team at our corporate headquarters. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity focused on creating high-quality print and in-store graphics that bring the Brighton brand to life across our retail locations nationwide. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, an eye for typography and layout, and experience preparing artwork for print production. We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: • Design and produce in-store signage, promotional graphics, display materials, and other visual merchandising collateral. • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail initiatives. • Translate creative direction into polished, brand-consistent designs. • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for a variety of print formats, including large-format graphics. • Design and produce environmental graphics for quarterly Wholesale Sales Meetings, including showroom displays, signage, and event installations. • Execute hands-on production, including printing, trimming, mounting, and assembling physical mockups. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and support creative needs across other corporate departments as assigned. • Review and refine artwork to ensure quality, consistency, and production accuracy. What We’re Looking For: • Strong graphic design skills with an emphasis on typography, layout, and print production. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience in layout design, working with existing templates, and preparing production-ready files. • Experience preparing print-ready artwork, including proper file setup, resolution, bleeds, and color modes. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute creative direction accurately. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments. • A collaborative, dependable, and professional approach to working with others. • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback. • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and project deadlines. • Ability to execute handson graphic production tasks, including printing, trimming, mounting, and assembling physical mockups. Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, retail, fashion, or consumer products environment. • Experience designing retail signage, visual merchandising graphics, or marketing collateral. • Ability to carry projects through all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final production. • A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and production-focused design work. Why Brighton? • Be part of an established accessories brand known for craftsmanship, creativity, and thoughtful design. • See your creative work come to life in Brighton retail stores nationwide. • Work alongside a collaborative Visual Merchandising team with opportunities to contribute to a variety of creative projects. • Gain experience across retail campaigns, environmental graphics, and large-format print production. • Contribute to a creative environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and quality are valued.
