This is an owner-side construction leadership role with responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk. The Director will oversee the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, design management, procurement, contracting, construction, turnover and closeout.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in multifamily construction, student housing development, real estate development or commercial construction management and is comfortable leading both internal teams and outside partners across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ground-up development, major renovations and capital improvement projects across multiple states. Serve as Vie’s senior construction leader and owner’s representative. Manage projects from pre-development and design through construction, turnover, warranty and closeout. Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, milestones, quality standards and reporting
