Finance Manager, Transportation Capex FP&A, NA Ops FCAP (Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning Finance)

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the North America Operations (NA Ops) Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning (FCAP) Finance Team and lead the FP&A space for our Capacity/Initiatives investments.

This is a highly visible role supporting several business and finance leaders (L8s/L10s) on goals, launching planning review mechanisms and building bottoms-up rolling 3YF financial models.

The right candidate must have exceptional communication and analytical skills, have the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings/ideas, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast pace work environment.

plan to understand changes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement. - Leading cross-functional projects involving finance, engineering and tech teams. - Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics.

This involves ownership of project ideation, pilot implementation, stakeholder management, and ultimately expansion- Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials- Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps- Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management processes.
