The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-driven , with a strong background in Google and Meta Ads , lead generation , and client-facing communication . Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights • Generate high-quality leads and increase customer engagement • Create and manage digital content across various platforms • Communicate directly with clients to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of VA experience , preferably with international clients • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads • Proven experience in lead generation and digital campaign management • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Professional and confident in client-facing roles • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply!
