UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities Create Product Visuals: Design product images, destination visuals, promotional banners and other assets for our website, app and sales channels. Produce Advertising Materials: Create static ads, carousel creatives and campaign visuals for Meta, TikTok, Google and other advertising channels.

Create and Edit Videos: Turn product assets, existing footage and other source materials into engaging short-form advertising videos, including editing, subtitles, music and simple motion graphics.

Translate Briefs into Designs: Understand the intended audience, product message and campaign objective, then develop clear and visually appealing creatives. Deliver Quickly: Respond to daily design requests, manage deadlines and make revisions promptly while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Develop Creative Variations: Adapt images and videos into different sizes, formats, languages and messaging variations for campaign testing. Improve Materials Based on Feedback: Work with the marketing and product teams to refine creatives based on business needs and advertising performance.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Keep visual styles consistent and organise design files, templates and reusable assets.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design or creative content production. A portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing skills. Strong visual judgement in layout, typography, colour and composition.

Ability to develop creative ideas independently and turn a brief into finished work. Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or equivalent software. Practical experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent software.

Understanding of short-form video basics, including opening hooks, pacing, subtitles and calls to action. Ability to work quickly, handle multiple requests and respond constructively to feedback. Attention to detail, particularly
