Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to play a key role in managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality for our clients. About the Position This role supports construction projects across all phases, from pre-construction to closeout. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work directly with the Project Team as well as Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical coordination and design-focused collaboration within a fast-paced construction environment. How You’ll Contribute • Support projects from bidding through turnover • Prepare and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and contract change management documentation • Support communication between consultants, internal teams, and site staff • Assist with project schedules, scopes of work, and subcontract documentation • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and consultant deliverables • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal project documentation • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients • Participate in site meetings and maintain familiarity with active construction sites • Assist with cost tracking, document control, and project administration • Promote compliance with safe work practices and company standards Experience & Skills • Completion of min 2 year Post-secondary education in Construction Engineering • Previous Construction Industry Experience an asset • Comfort with working on active construction sites is required • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities • Proficiency with: • MS Project • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Ability to travel to sites across Alberta and BC as required • Candidate to be Based in the Edmonton area • This role is a Full Time In Office position Why Build Your Career With CASMAN • Competitive wages • Clear opportunities for career advancement • Sponsorship for continued education and professional development • Comprehensive benefits package • Pension matching plan • Team-oriented, collaborative culture • Opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through completion Casman welcomes all applications, and we thank you for your interest in our group.
