Job Description

Role Overview As a Senior Product Designer, you will work side-by-side with designers, product managers, and software developers to create customer-facing, user-centered product experiences that empower our customers by addressing their needs, solving their problems, and exceeding their expectations through innovative design and intuitive interfaces.

Designers play a vital role in the product development lifecycle, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details.

A successful designer here leverages strong internal relationships to drive conversation and collaboration, utilizes multiple sources of data to inform all stages of design, and inspires the organization by envisioning creative solutions to difficult problems.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand and translate business and user requirements and technology constraints into simple, yet meaningful, user centered solutions. Produce user stories, scenarios, sketches, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes throughout the design process.

Capture feedback from users, designers, product management and other stakeholders to test and iterate on solutions. Provide robust design specification documentation for development hand-off. Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality implementation of solutions through the production process.

Utilize and further develop our design system and patterns. Closely collaborate with other members of the UX team to ensure consistency across ongoing projects and existing features.

Engage directly with customers through interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges, and validate design solutions.

Design intuitive, data-rich experiences, including analytics dashboards and workflows, that enable customers to explore, interpret, and act on complex financial data.
