Human Resources Manager (Remote in the USA)

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience.

Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role at NGT, steering the comprehensive management of human resources functions. This strategic position involves developing and executing HR strategies that align with our corporate goals, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.

You will lead recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and oversee employee policies, manage relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you'll manage employee benefits, training, and development, directly contributing to our culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee benefits programs, training and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Assist in QuickBooks' entries on a weekly basis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
