Regional Passive Sales Manager - Passive Funds - Banking/Financial Services

Job Title: Regional Passive Sales Manager Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Experience: 8 - 10 years in core sales Qualification: MBA - NISM 5A, NISM 5D & NISM 13 Locations: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: - Drive zonal sales of Passive Funds, including ETFs and Index Funds, and achieve business targets. - Develop distribution channels through banks, national/regional distributors, RIAs, wealth managers, PMS, broking platforms and family offices. - Build and manage relationships with HNIs, key distributors and institutional partners. - Develop zonal sales strategies, activate distribution channels and expand key accounts. - Conduct product training, investor awareness sessions, webinars and presentations. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to product and strategy teams. - Coordinate with internal teams and ensure regulatory compliance and quality service.
