About the role A Monday to Friday role managing a residential portfolio of 170 properties, which will grow to a maximum of 180. Supported by dedicated leasing, accounts and administration teams, you will have the autonomy to take ownership of your portfolio and focus on building strong landlord and tenant relationships. • Routine and outgoing inspections • Lease renewals and rent reviews • Arrears and compliance management • Oversee maintenance and liaison with trades • NCAT attendance as required • Manage bond and insurance claims About the company An established real estate agency with a supportive team culture and well-established processes.
