At Linfox, together anything’s possible. What does the job look like? An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and efficient Storeperson to join our fully automated warehouse in Huntingwood. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, working across the dock office and warehouse floor. This hands-on role will involve coordinating dock activities, completing administrative and system-based tasks, and operating a forklift to move freight safely and efficiently. This role is a permanent position on the Afternoon Shift (3:20pm - 11:20pm) Key areas: • Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times. • Providing exceptional leadership and direction to staff to ensure KPI’s are met and exceeded • Managing staff issues including absenteeism and performance levels • Assist with quality requirements by accurately inspecting and recording all inbound freight movements into the DC • Controlling staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed customer requirements. • Liaising with transport providers and the greater warehouse team to ensure an accurate and efficient inbound process Are you the one? We are looking for a self motivated individual who is highly focused on safety and driving results.
