You will play a critical part in driving innovation, identifying reusable components, and ensuring the effective procurement of technology assets. Responsibilities • Collaborate with business, development, and architectural stakeholders to design scalable, secure, highly performant, and maintainable cloud-first and web-platform solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards. • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, open-source principles, and tools to select optimal technology stacks, driving informed decisions based on cost, compatibility, long-term viability, user/business needs, and leading RFx evaluations. • Partner seamlessly across development, infrastructure, and technical teams to guide solution integration, lead user-centered service delivery in agile environments, and exercise expert verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrate deep expertise in software development processes, infrastructure and engineering design, efficient DevOps practices, and hands-on solution construction and management. • Apply proficient business analysis and database management skills while ensuring robust system security measures and strict adherence to architectural guidelines. • Identify and manage technical and business risks with exceptional detail orientation to ensure long-term viability and seamless integration across all enterprise components. Who are you? • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or possess equivalent practical experience. • You have significant end-to-end design and broader digital transformation experience within a large, complex corporate environment (media industry experience being desirable). • You have a broad understanding of enterprise technology and emerging AI trends, combined with deep expertise in the core tools critical to this role. • You excel at bridging the gap between business and technical teams, designing holistic solutions that seamlessly integrate people, processes, and technology. • You are an articulate communicator with elite stakeholder management skills, adept at tailoring complex technical information to win confidence at all organisational levels, right up to senior leadership.
