Backend Software Engineer (m/f/d) E-commerce Tech, AI-first & Rust Curious

What you will do Build AI-first: plan with AI, drive coding agents and review their output with a critical eye. Get a goal, not a ticket: work directly with colleagues on the business side to gather requirements, align on the solution and build it into working software.

Make sound architecture and data-model decisions , keeping our systems fast and reliable as we scale. Take ownership of existing applications and build new solutions for our affiliate business.

Design and develop event-driven backend systems that handle large volumes of product and campaign data, mostly in Rust and partly in Python.
