OPERATIONS MANAGER

-Manage daily procurement and requisition activities, including handling shipments, and coordinating with vendors, warehouses, and freight forwarders. -Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

-Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. -Monitor andcontrol supplier performance, shipment arrangements, and invoice discrepancies to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

-Oversee documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and regulations. -Liaise with freight forwarders and handle import shipment documentation -Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal stock availability.

-Track stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records - Support general administrative functions within the department. Team player with excellent stakeholder management skills. 3 to 5 years of purchasing,sourcing, or procurement experience. 5. 5 Working day Male work environment.
