You will work with customers and partners to define the solution vision, lead technical architecture and guide implementation across sales, service, customer engagement and connected enterprise processes.

You will connect business needs with platform capabilities while helping customers manage complexity, reduce technical debt and realise long-term value. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with consulting and leadership.

You will engage developers, business stakeholders and executives, align delivery teams and help customers make informed architecture decisions.
