Principal Software Engineer

A final in-person interview maybe required for this position. Principal Software Engineer Duties: The Principal Software Engineer is responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions while leading and mentoring teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities included the following. Other duties may be assigned. Lead the architecture and design of highly scalable and maintainable software systems, contributing to and driving the development of technical roadmaps, aligning them with business strategies and future goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while partnering with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver impactful features and improvements.

Oversee and participate in the development of front-end, middleware, and back-end systems using the company’s technology stack.

Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development processes as well as developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and fostering knowledge sharing across teams.

Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance the company’s technical capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. Design and implement solutions that optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Lead initiatives to continuously improve the development environment, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and quality.
