Responsibilities

Assist and engage walk-in customers with exemplary service and product expertise. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and messaging apps. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with received instructions.

Prepare and present quotations to customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism, while following up on their status. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collection of payments and follow up as necessary. Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance sales volume.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.

Requirements
