A newly created FP&A opportunity with a growing global insurance business, offering genuine commercial exposure, an attractive benefits package and excellent work-life balance. About you You'll be an analytically minded finance professional with experience within the insurance industry and a genuine interest in FP&A and commercial analysis. You'll bring a combination of technical capability, commercial curiosity and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business. To be successful, you'll ideally demonstrate: • Experience in a finance or FP&A role within the insurance industry (first mover applicants welcome with 'hands on' insurance industry exposure. • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and analytical skills. • The ability to interpret financial data and communicate meaningful commercial insights. • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial reporting systems. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously. • A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in contributing to a growing business. What's on offer? • Salary of c.$120,000-130,000 + super + bonus depending on experience. • An attractive employee benefits package, including enhanced annual leave. • Flexible hybrid working, with three days per week in the CBD office. • Excellent work-life balance within a collaborative and supportive environment. • Direct exposure to senior leadership and the wider APAC business. • A newly created role within a growing international organisation, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution as the business continues to expand.
