Website: https://quantumitinnovation.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/quantumit-it-innovation/ About the Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in gaining practical, hands-on experience across recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. The selected candidate will get exposure to various stages of the HR lifecycle while working in a fast-paced and remote work environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Assist in identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various open positions. • Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels. • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates. • Assist in developing and improving recruitment and hiring processes. • Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and hiring records. • Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback. • Assist with employee joining and exit formalities. • Maintain and update employee documentation and HR records. • Support induction and onboarding activities for new employees. • Assist in organizing HR sessions, employee engagement activities, and internal HR initiatives. • Support basic employee grievance handling and coordinate with the HR team for appropriate resolution. • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. • Explore and use AI tools to improve recruitment, HR operations, sourcing, documentation, and other HR-related tasks. • Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation throughout assigned HR activities. Other Requirements • Preferred candidates from the 2023–2026 pass-out batches . • Prior experience in recruitment is mandatory . • At least 1 prior internship experience in HR or a related field is mandatory . • Prior IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage . • Must have knowledge of AI tools and be comfortable using them for work-related tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities. • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned HR responsibilities.
