Working closely with the Commercial team, you’ll bring commercial opportunities, partner insights and audience data to life through compelling presentations and visual storytelling. A key focus will be creating premium PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks that communicate a clear sales narrative and help drive commercial outcomes. This is a six-month contract opportunity, ideally working three days per week. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop high-quality sponsorship pitch decks, sales presentations and partner materials • Create commercial proposals, case studies, one-pagers and executive presentations • Translate commercial ideas, audience insights and data into clear and engaging visual stories • Produce high-quality photographic manipulation and visual assets • Develop and maintain presentation templates and branded commercial collateral • Work closely with Commercial Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing and Content teams • Manage multiple design projects and ad hoc requests across a fast-paced commercial environment ROLE OUTCOMES / DELIVERABLES • High-quality sponsorship pitch decks and sales presentations • Premium commercial proposals, renewal presentations and partner collateral • Consistent, on-brand presentation templates and design assets • Compelling visual materials that support partner acquisition and retention KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Essential • Demonstrated experience in graphic, presentation or commercial design • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience creating high-quality pitch decks and sales presentations • Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to translate commercial ideas into engaging designs • Strong Adobe Creative Suite and photographic editing skills • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Portfolio demonstrating relevant presentation and graphic design work Desirable • Experience working with sales, partnerships or commercial teams • Experience within sport, media, entertainment, agency or a rights-holder environment Applications should include a resume and portfolio.
