Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey. - Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features. - Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities. - Build tools that assist RMs with Member insights, Matchmaking signals, Engagement risk detection, Conversation summaries, and Next-best actions. - Define metrics to evaluate AI features. - Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes. - Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows.
