Job Title Product Manager Quality Engineering Job Description You & your role As Product Manager for Quality Engineering practice within Tech4Dev, you define and execute the vision, strategy, roadmap and adoption of enterprise quality engineering capabilities. You connect Engineering, Product, Architecture, DevOps and Leadership. The role key domains including Performance Engineering (performance testing, reliability, capacity, and scalability) and Contract Testing & Quality Governance (contract and API testing, integration testing, traceability, test automation, governance, and modern quality engineering practices), driving consistent standards and high-quality delivery across all technology stacks. You manage these capabilities as products and services, focusing on measurable outcomes, value realisation and adoption. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on stakeholder engagement to ensure our scanning products continuously evolve to support engineering productivity while meeting strict security and compliance expectations. Product Vision & Strategy • Defines and executes the long-term capability vision, strategy, and Product roadmap • Translates strategy into prioritised outcomes, balancing short-term delivery with long-term capability growth • Establishes clear capability maturity targets 2. Capability Management • Define and Create Capability’s and assess maturity of the capabilities inc. measure adoption of enterprise Quality Engineering capabilities • Manages engineering capabilities throughout their lifecycle • Defines success metrics and adoption targets, measures business outcomes, and continuously improves capability effectiveness 3. Influence Across Departments • Aligns stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Leadership • Drives strategic decisions, builds consensus, and enables adoption through effective communication and engagement 4. Coaches Others and Drives Product Culture • Promotes product thinking and capability ownership across teams • Drives adoption, supports capability development, and fosters communities of practice 5.
