Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito MBDA Italia S.p.A.. -- **MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector** **MBDA represents the first Group at European level with production and design capabilities capable of covering the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air and sea).** Within the *Operations* Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a SAP4HANA Business Analyst. **Required Qualification**: * Degree in Engineering **Professional experience** * Experience in business contexts, knowledge of industrial processes * Experience in the use of information systems in a business context **Activities foreseen for the role**: The Business Analyst will support the SAP 4HANA Implementation project for the Operations/Manufacturing Directorate, ensuring the correct implementation of the requirements of existing processes in the areas of: * Sales & Op Planning; * Production Scheduling * Production Execution * Warehouse Management (EWM) * Logistic Flow * Supply Chain * Data Management; In particular, the activities required within the aforementioned processes are: * Needs Assessment; * Identification of KPIs useful to support the business; * Big Data Management; * Identify areas of intervention and draw up an action plan aimed at achieving improvements with innovative solutions. **Professional Skills**: * Project Management, experience in resource management in compliance with times and costs aimed at achieving project objectives; * Observation and analysis skills; * In-depth knowledge of the information systems underlying management processes (SAP; MES); * Production management with Material Requirement Planning logic; * Process analysis, translating the needs of process owners and related stakeholders into technical requirements, aimed at producing a solution (in terms of process evolution, application development, hardware+application development,…) and releasing it in an operating environment; * Proactivity and Problem Solving. **Language skills**: * Good level of knowledge of the English language, necessary to interact in an international context **Organizational skills/Soft skills**: * Communication skills * ability to play as a team * Adaptability/Flexibility --
