Job Description
Central Operations (Ops) JP is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute the Metrics & KPI strategy for the Central Operations Standardization - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
