Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loans - Banking/Financial Services

Role Overview : As the Regional Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Loans in Pune, you will spearhead the strategic growth and market penetration of our retail asset portfolio. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales lifecycle, managing high-performing dealer networks, and ensuring seamless coordination between credit, operations, and collection teams to maintain portfolio health. By fostering strong relationships with key channel partners and OEMs, you will directly influence our market share and profitability in the competitive Pune region, ensuring that our financing solutions remain the preferred choice for customers and dealers alike. Description: - Business Growth: Drive two-wheeler loan volume and market share by expanding and managing dealer networks. - Sales & Collection P&L: Manage end-to-end profitability, sales targets, and collection/recovery metrics to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and credit losses. - Dealer & Manufacturer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, local dealerships, and channel networks. - Working Capital & Trade Advances: Monitor dealer trade advance facilities and working capital limits. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain area managers, field sales teams, credit officers, and collection agencies.
