As a Senior UX/UI Lead, you will take a central role in shaping and leading the user experience for new product initiatives, particularly for startup environments where agility and innovation are paramount. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products!

What you will do Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch, focusing on startup products and ensuring design integration with business strategy. Guide the overall design direction, from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders, including partners and cross-functional teams, to achieve buy-in and "sign-off" on design solutions.

Actively engage with the engineer team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesive understanding of the product vision and user experience strategies. Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of innovation. What should your qualifications be?

4+ years in UX/UI Design, with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for startups from inception to launch. Fluent in English C1, with outstanding communication skills to lead disc
