Flexible Supply Teacher

Some roles may also lead to taking on additional responsibilities, in these cases, you’ll be paid in line with your MPS. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students and support their progress. Confidently adapt to a variety of school settings, year groups, and teaching styles. Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued. Collaborate with school teams to nurture pupils’ development and well-being. Maintain a safe, well-managed learning environment with safeguarding at its core. Requirements: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills. ✅ A flexible, positive attitude and genuine passion for teaching. ✅ An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
