Design Intern — Visual Design & Marketing

Overview We’re looking for a Design Intern with a strong interest in Visual Design to join our team and support the Marketing function. You’ll help create visual content that communicates Ecolibrium’s products, ideas, and brand across digital and marketing channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Marketing and Design teams and get exposure to real-world brand and communication projects. Key Responsibilities • Create social media creatives, marketing assets, presentations, and campaign visuals. • Support the design of website and marketing collateral. • Help create visual content for product launches, events, announcements, and campaigns. • Translate ideas and messaging into clear, engaging visual communication. • Explore different visual directions while maintaining brand consistency. • Support the team with illustrations, icons, graphics, and other visual assets. • Work with the Marketing team to understand briefs and turn them into strong visual concepts. • Contribute to evolving and maintaining our visual brand language. Qualifications & Experience Essential • Students or recent graduates in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related fields. • Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, composition, colour, and hierarchy. • Good proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite. • A strong eye for detail and a willingness to experiment with different visual styles. • Ability to take a brief and turn it into a clear visual concept. • Good communication skills and openness to feedback. • A portfolio showcasing visual design, branding, social media, illustration, or other creative work. Desirable • Motion design or basic video editing skills. • Experience creating content for social media. • Basic understanding of branding and marketing communication. • Familiarity with AI design and creative tools. • Interest in energy, sustainability, technology, or climate.
