What's in it for you: The Recruiting Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class experience. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Vendors, Candidates, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), to ensure smooth and streamlined processes in Workday to creating a differentiated candidate interview experience . This is an entry level position. Where is the work: From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues in Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. What you will do: • Partner with key stakeholders to schedule interviews for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates. • Cultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions. • Proactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting inclusion, and continuously improving the experience. • Streamline the talent acquisition lifecycle by administering Americas requisition assignments and executing global employee referral tasks • Optimize employee support by managing incoming cases in ServiceNow, ensuring rapid resolution and high system data integrity • Play a key role in execution of organizational hiring initiatives / projects and HR Solutions and Talent Acquisition strategy. • Drive innovation and improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement new practices that align with partnership, agility, and exceptional candidate service. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from general inquiries to complex challenges, by leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, HR internal processes, and relationships with vendors, managers, and HR teams. What you will bring: • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role that emphasizes partnership and agility. • Attention to details, a passion for data accuracy/integrity, and proactive problem solving is required. • Proficiency in utilizing HR systems and tools, with previous experience in Workday. • Demonstrated agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and demands, with a strong desire for continuous improvement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Superior customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage a high volume of candidate interactions. • Embraces a partnership mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
