We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, listens carefully and knows how to build trust, understand customer needs and confidently guide prospective clients through their options. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients via phone and video calls Build rapport and understand each clients needs Explain services and options clearly and confidently Follow up with prospective clients providing excellent customer service and clear information Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team Participate in team meetings, coaching and training Requirements Please send us a short 12min video introducing yourself in English.
