Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Outlet Manager As we continue to grow our retail presence in Italy, we’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Store Manager to lead one of TLG’s stores at Castel Romano Designer Outlet.

What you’ll do: - Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of service and an excellent customer experience. - Drive sales performance and monitor key commercial indicators, identifying opportunities to achieve store targets and improve profitability.

- Lead, motivate and develop the store team through regular feedback, coaching and training. - Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of store employees. - Organize team activities and schedules to ensure effective coverage and smooth store operations.

- Build strong customer relationships and support clienteling and CRM activities to grow customer loyalty. - Ensure the store’s presentation, product displays and visual merchandising meet company and brand guidelines. - Monitor stock levels, deliveries and replenishment, and ensure accurate stock handling.

- Oversee point-of-sale and back-office activities, including cash management, reporting and administrative tasks. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable health, safety and loss-prevention standards. - Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

- Share regular updates on store performance, customer needs and operational priorities with relevant stakeholders. What we’re looking for: - Previous experience as a Store Manager. Background in fashion, luxury retail or an outlet environment is mandatory. - A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
