What you'll build • Lead the end-to-end delivery of managed services for SAP Private Cloud customers, ensuring service commitments, operational targets, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Why it matters: reliable delivery helps customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey. • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding technology discussions, innovation roadmaps, and service adoption plans. Why it matters: strong governance improves system stability, performance, and business continuity. • Orchestrate collaboration across SAP ECS, technical operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver unified outcomes. Identify improvement opportunities, execute technical action plans, and support performance optimization across customer environments. What you bring • 7+ years of experience in SAP system operations, including SAP Basis, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure management across complex enterprise landscapes. • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration approaches, conversion methodologies, and SAP technology solutions. • Experience delivering technical services, managing customer engagements, and coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and hyperscaler environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and enterprise database technologies including SAP HANA and Sybase. • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Arabic. • Proven ability to manage escalations, mitigate risks, solve complex technical challenges, and maintain customer confidence in high-pressure situations. • SAP certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Technology, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP domains are preferred. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP are an advantage.
