- Business Transformation: Company: Mankind Pharma Role: Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Transformation Location: Delhi NCR / Corporate Office Function: Business Transformation / Strategy & Transformation Role Overview: We are looking for a transformation professional who has experience in business/process transformation projects across one or more functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Quality. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end transformation initiatives, including identifying process gaps, designing improved processes, driving implementation, stakeholder management and measuring business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business and process transformation initiatives across key business functions. - Work on transformation projects related to Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Quality or adjacent business functions. - Conduct process mapping, gap analysis and opportunity identification to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Design and implement future-state processes, operating models and transformation roadmaps. - Partner with business/function leaders to identify pain points and translate them into transformation initiatives. - Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and benefits tracking. - Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, digitization and standardization. - Develop business cases, project plans, KPIs and governance mechanisms for transformation programs. - Manage multiple stakeholders across corporate and business functions. - Track project milestones, risks, dependencies and realization of expected benefits. - Support change management and adoption of new processes/ways of working. - Prepare management presentations, dashboards and transformation updates for senior leadership. Preferred Transformation Exposure: Candidates should ideally have worked on transformation projects in one or more of the following areas: 1. Supply Chain Transformation: - Supply planning / demand planning - S&OP / IBP - Inventory optimization - Logistics / distribution transformation - Warehouse transformation - Supply chain process redesign 2. Procurement Transformation: - Source-to-Pay / P2P - Procurement operating model - Spend analytics - Supplier management - Strategic sourcing - Procurement digitization / automation 3. HR Transformation: - HR process transformation - HR operating model - HR shared services - Hire-to-Retire / employee lifecycle - HR digitization / automation - HR technology transformation 4. Quality Transformation: - Quality process transformation - QMS transformation - Quality governance - CAPA / deviation / change-control process improvement - Quality digitization - Standardization of quality processes Candidate Profile: - 1 - 5 years of relevant experience in Business Transformation / Process Transformation / Consulting / Strategy & Transformation / Operational Excellence. - Experience in end-to-end transformation projects is important. - Candidates from top-tier consulting firms or strong in-house transformation teams preferred. - MBA / PGDM from a top-tier campus preferred. - Engineering / relevant graduation background preferred. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience working with senior business stakeholders will be an advantage.
