Social Media Marketing Executive

 Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.  Manage Meta Ads Manager campaigns, including audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting, and budget optimisation.  Use Meta AI and AI-powered marketing tools for content ideation, creative generation, audience insights, campaign optimisation, and marketing automation.  Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional creatives.  Plan and execute paid media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and sales.  Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.  Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience behaviour analysis.  Coordinate with designers, video editors, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.  Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, AI marketing tools, and emerging advertising technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications  Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.  Strong working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram marketing and Meta Ads Manager.  Practical knowledge of Meta AI and AI-based marketing tools.  Experience in paid media marketing, media planning, campaign management, and lead generation.  Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms.  Understanding of SEO, analytics, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign ROI.
