Implementation Consultant and Integration Developer

: • Validate our understanding of requirements and define functional and technical requirements for the Sprinklr platform • Lead end to end implementation of CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients • Define implementation strategy and solution architecture aligned to client goals • Lead client discovery workshops requirement gathering sessions and strategic planning for roadmap alignment and value realization • o Conduct Workshops and gather business requirements • o Identify workflows and integration needs Key Responsibilities: • Years delivering contact centre or CCaaS implementations • Experience with platforms such as Genesys Amazon Connect Cisco Webex RingCentral or similar • Strong understanding of voice technologies VoIP SIP RTP WebRTC • Experience in solution architecture integrations and API design • Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects • Strong client facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment • Architect and implement end to end integration solutions • REST APIs Postman • Middleware iPaaS platforms e • g • MuleSoft Boomi Azure Integration Services • API orchestration and data transformation JSON XML • ETL ELT pipelines for customer interaction data • Authentication mechanisms OAuth 2 • 0 SAML OpenID Connect API keys iPaaS platforms and enterprise API gateways • JSON XML CSV Kafka • Java Python Node • js or • NET Technical Requirements: • Sprinklr Preferred Skills: Technology->Communication->IVR/CCT,Technology->Infrastructure-Contact Center->IVR Concepts Experience: 0.00-0.00 Years
