Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of remote aviation data analysts, providing guidance and oversight. • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to extract actionable insights from aviation data (e.g., flight patterns, maintenance logs, operational efficiency, market trends). • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting dashboards. • Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance trends. • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant solutions. • Stay current with advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and aviation technology. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment. Requirements • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. • Proven experience in the aviation industry or with aviation-related data. • Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. • Proficiency in data manipulation and programming languages such as Python or R. • Experience with SQL and database management. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
