The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed systems, along with proven technical leadership and architectural decision-making skills. The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end technical architecture, driving engineering best practices, and delivering robust enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive end-to-end application architecture for enterprise-grade solutions. • Design scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. • Lead full-stack development across backend services and frontend applications. • Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, design patterns, and engineering guidelines. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures. • Drive cloud-native application development, containerization, and deployment automation. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate technology stacks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, architects, and DevOps teams. • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments. • Mentor senior developers and technical leads and ensure high-quality delivery. • Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. • Ensure applications meet requirements for scalability, availability, security, maintainability, and performance. Frontend Development • Angular or React. • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Responsive UI development and frontend-backend integration. • Frontend architecture, reusable components, and application performance optimization. Required Experience • 12+ years of professional software development experience. • Significant experience in Java-based enterprise application development. • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures. • Experience leading technical design, architecture discussions, and technology selection. • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, availability, and performance. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
