Finance Executive

Financial Operations & Reporting Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Assist to prepare financial reports, audit schedules, balance sheets, and cash flow statements using automated tools and digital systems Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls 2.

Data Analytics & Digital Finance Leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics platforms to analyse financial performance and identify business insights Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau) Apply predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making 3.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Cost Analysis Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting using data models and scenario analysis Perform cost analysis (manufacturing, material, and operational costs) and investigate variances Support financial planning processes with data insights and trend analysis 4.

Business Partnering Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations Support operational decision-making through financial modelling and analysis 5.

Digital Transformation & Projects Participate in ERP implementation and finance system enhancement projects, including automation and AI integration Drive process improvements through RPA, automation tools, and digital workflows Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes Requirement Strong interest in digital finance, data analytics, and AI applications in finance Familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel,
