Job Description
: - Provide IT support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. - Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and email-related issues. - Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks. - Manage IT support requests and incidents through the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT teams when required. - Maintain IT asset records and ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
