Motion Graphics Designer

Company: Zynith Labs Experience: 3–5 Years Type: Full-time / On-Site / Chennai (Ekattuthangal) About the Role • We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas, concepts, and brand stories into compelling visual experiences through motion. • You will work across motion graphics, 2D animation, brand films, explainer videos, digital campaigns, and animated visual content , creating engaging experiences that capture attention and communicate ideas effectively. What You'll Do • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual narratives • Develop animated brand identities, logo animations, and motion systems • Produce brand films, showreels, explainers, and promotional videos • Translate creative concepts and storyboards into compelling motion experiences • Design animations for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing content • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content teams to develop concepts • Work with typography, transitions, visual effects, and sound to enhance storytelling • Create motion assets for websites, digital products, and interactive experiences • Maintain visual consistency and quality across all motion deliverables • Manage projects from concept development and storyboarding to final rendering What we're Looking For • 3–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related creative field • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and visual storytelling • Excellent command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong understanding of timing, transitions, composition, typography, and rhythm • Ability to develop storyboards and translate ideas into engaging visual narratives • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and sense of aesthetics • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects • Understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements Bonus • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools • Knowledge of sound design, compositing, and visual effects • Experience creating motion identities and animated brand systems • Familiarity with AI-powered animation and creative tools • Experience with UI animations, micro-interactions, and product explainers • Experience working with creative agencies, startups, or technology brands Who We Are Zynith Labs is a design and digital solutions company focused on building impactful digital experiences through design, technology, and innovation.
