π’ We're Hiring: Finance Administrator Join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) - Reconcile bank statements and financial records - Maintain accurate finance records - Assist with month-end closing and financial reports - Process staff expense claims - Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures Requirements: - Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 1β3 years of relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office - Experience with accounting software is an advantage - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines - Good communication and teamwork skills
