Job Description

Lead Supply Chain Operations – Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities across two entities, including production planning, MRP, purchasing, customer service and warehouse management.

Drive Delivery & Inventory Performance – Ensure on-time delivery, production continuity, optimal inventory levels and efficient working capital management. Develop Supply Chain Strategy – Establish departmental KPIs, operational plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Improve Efficiency & Reduce Costs – Identify supply chain risks, streamline processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead & Develop the Team – Build a high-performing supply chain team, establish clear responsibilities and provide performance reports and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. APICS certification is an advantage with minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain and planning, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain technologies; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision is preferred.
