Regional Sales & Operations (S&OP) Planner

SUMMARYOF THE OVERALL JOB The Sales & Operations (S&OP) Planner will be primarily responsible to lead & manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product groups in TAP to achieve optimal demand and supply management performance.

The role will partner with the Country Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing, Finance and uses sales, marketing, analytical and statistical data to effectively validate future product demands and partner with manufacturing sites to ensure supply.

The duties include demand and supply planning, inventory management, analysing statistical data and generating forecasting solutions to lead the planning and inventory optimisation processes for the TAP region ensuring inventory targets are achieved.

This role is an individual contributor who will act as the liaison between the local and regional management teams for all aspects of the demand and supply management process. In addition to the role requires close cross-collaboration with Global & Regional S&OP, Finance, RAQA and other key stakeholders.

This role will also partner with the Regional Planning Director, TAP to drive efficiencies for TAP by improving processes to resolve demand and supply issues while ensuring financial and customer requirements can be achieved.

Key Accountabilities Drive S&OP process and improvements regarding forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and support supply chain cost minimization through collaborative working across functions.

Demand and Supply Planning Manage the rolling 18 months Demand Plans and execution of all replenishment orders (Stocking, Back to Back, Drop ship) to optimize and meet supply, inventory, cash flow and service level targets.

Accountable for the Consensus Demand accuracy and timeliness of submissions of 18 month S&OP demand rolling forecast and replenishment forecast on monthly basis. Provide input and structure to the S&OP process managing forecast and demand whilst partnering cross functionally with Global/Re
