Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer position is accountable for the financial operations of the company, including the development of metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results : Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team Providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting as well as Board Meetings Advising on long-term business and financial planning Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the LVMH Group Reviewing all formal finance and IT related procedures FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND PLANNING Oversee the issuance of financial information Ensure that all financial information is reported in the Group reporting tool for consolidation purposes Report financial results to the Board of Directors Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Manage the forecasting processes: Budget, Strategic Plan (3 Year Plan) Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Perform Ad-Hoc analysis and simulations to support business decisions Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team Internal control: review of existing procedures and implementation of missing procedures.

Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of statutory auditors and government agencies Report risk issues to the board of directors and shareholders/Partners Maintain relations with external auditors, analyses their findings and recommendation.
