Requirements • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations management. • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively. • Strong understanding of business strategy frameworks, financial modeling, and data analysis techniques. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau). • Demonstrated experience in problem‑solving and strategic thinking. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other South African languages is advantageous. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
