Key Responsibilities • Support senior consultants in the execution of client engagements, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments. • Assist in the development of strategic recommendations, business cases, and project plans. • Prepare client-ready deliverables, such as presentations, reports, and dashboards. • Facilitate remote workshops and collaborate with virtual client teams. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's consulting methodologies and tools. • Assist in identifying potential risks and issues within projects and propose mitigation strategies. • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards. Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to remote work. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis. • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a structured approach to tackling complex issues. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the consulting field. • Must be able to effectively support projects impacting clients in regions like Upington, Northern Cape, ZA from a remote location.
