Customer Relations Intern

This is a remote position. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in customer service and relationship management, working closely with our customer relations team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Help resolve customer issues and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions. Support the customer relations team in maintaining and updating customer records.

Participate in customer feedback collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
