Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach hotels, resorts, BnBs, and properties Explain HotelX PMS in simple, practical, hotel-friendly language Understand property needs and offer the right plan Onboard hotels/properties — free onboarding is also a sales win Provide initial training to hotel staff Act as the first point of contact & support during early adoption Ensure hotels actively use HotelX for daily operations Drive trust, retention, and long-term usage Convert free users to paid plans when value is proven Maintain onboarding, activation, and usage tracking Performance & Scoring Your performance will be measured on: Number of hotels onboarded Number of active users using HotelX regularly Successful customer adoption & retention Revenue and profit generated from your accounts All active hotels—free or paid—are scoring points for you.
