PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (LOYANG)

& Requirements Control and update of documents into the project management system Maintain high level of compliance for project documentation and provide effective communication between all functional areas Administer the project management system to ensure that all users update the respective projects information timely in an accurate manner Work closely with contractors/ communities/ government authorities such as LTA/ JTC/ HDB etc Ensure smooth operation through efficient communication Administrative support for the project team Minimum GCE ’N” or “O” level qualification with at least 2 years of document control and Public Relation experience in construction industry 5 working days per week Proactive, independent and positive attitude Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel and Word Good communication skills and multi-tasking skills Good public relation and interpersonal skill
